A "Kamayan Boodle Fight" is a specific style of Kamayan dining that originated in the Philippines, often associated with the military where soldiers would share a meal on banana leaves without the need for utensils. It's a fun and interactive way to savor Filipino flavours and it typically features an array of delectable Filipino dishes, all laid out on a long table covered with banana leaves. Diners gather around the table, and the goal is to enjoy the food with your hands, promoting a sense of togetherness and camaraderie.
