B's Inner Circle - Terms of Use

1. Introduction
These Terms of Use govern participation in B’s Inner Circle (“Membership Program”) operated by B’s Sizzling Kitchen. By purchasing or using the membership, you agree to these Terms of Use.
2. Eligibility
Membership is open to individuals who meet the requirements set by B’s Sizzling Kitchen. We reserve the right to approve, decline, or revoke membership at our discretion where necessary to protect the integrity of the program.
3. Membership Benefits
Members receive access to exclusive benefits, which may include but are not limited to:

Takeout and catering discounts

Lechon discounts

Welcome and birthday rewards

Exclusive member promotions

Priority booking and special access
Benefits are subject to change, improvement, or modification at any time without prior notice at the discretion of B’s Sizzling Kitchen.
4. Fees and Payments
Membership is billed annually at the time of purchase.
All membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, including in cases of partial use of benefits.
B’s Sizzling Kitchen reserves the right to update membership pricing in the future. Members will be notified in advance of any pricing changes affecting renewals.
5. Auto-Renewal
Membership is set to automatically renew annually on the member’s anniversary date of activation.
The applicable membership fee will be charged to the payment method on file unless the member cancels prior to renewal.
Members are responsible for ensuring their payment information is current and valid. Failed renewals may result in suspension or loss of membership benefits.
6. Member Conduct
Members are expected to use the program respectfully and in good faith.
Any misuse, abuse of discounts, fraudulent activity, or behaviour that negatively impacts the business or other guests may result in suspension or permanent termination of membership without refund.
7. Privacy Policy
Member information will be collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
This includes personal data such as name, contact information, and transaction history.

8. Termination of Membership
Members may cancel their membership at any time by contacting B’s Sizzling Kitchen.
However, no refunds will be issued for unused membership periods.
B’s Sizzling Kitchen reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership immediately in cases of:

9. Changes to Terms
B’s Sizzling Kitchen reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Use at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to members where applicable.
Continued use of the membership after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws applicable in the Province of Ontario, Canada.
