Who We Are
B's Sizzling Kitchen was not born in a boardroom. It was not built on a spreadsheet or a business plan drafted in a corner office.
It was born in a kitchen - in the kind of kitchen where the stove is always on, where the house smells of garlic and vinegar and something slow-roasting that has been tended to since early morning. It was born from a love of food so deep that cooking was never just cooking. It was how we said: I care about you. Come, sit down. Eat.
Filipino food carries generations in every dish. The Adobo that simmers in our kitchen today is the same Adobo that simmered in the kitchens of those who came before us—every version slightly different, every version entirely right, every version carrying the fingerprints of the hands that made it and the family that gathered around it. When we cook, we are not just feeding people. We are continuing a story that stretches back further than any of us can fully trace.
We started small—the way every real food story begins. With a recipe that someone said was too good not to share. With a table that was not big enough to fit everyone who wanted to sit at it.
