Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

• The giveaway is open to residents of Ontario, Canada.

• Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of B's Sizzling Kitchen are not eligible to participate.

 

2. Entry Period:

• The giveaway starts on September 15, 2024 and ends on February 14, 2025.

 

3. How to Enter:

• Participants must subscribe to the newsletter.

• Only one entry per person is allowed.

 

4. Winner Selection:

• The winner will be randomly selected from eligible entries.

• The drawing will take place on February 15, 2025.

• The winner will be notified via email and SMS text within 7 days of the drawing.

• If the winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternate winner will be chosen.

 

5. Prize:

• The prize is a $250 Gift Card.

• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.

 

6. Publicity:

• By entering the giveaway, participants agree to allow B's Sizzling Kitchen to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without compensation.

 

7. Privacy:

• Personal information collected during the giveaway will be used for the purpose of administering the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.

 

8. Disqualification:

• B's Sizzling Kitchen reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions or that attempt to tamper with the entry process.

 

9. Governing Law:

• This giveaway is subject to the laws of Ontario, Canada.

 

10. Changes to Terms:

• B's Sizzling Kitchen reserves the right to modify or terminate the giveaway and these terms and conditions at any time.

 

11. Limitation of Liability:

• B's Sizzling Kitchen is not responsible for any lost or stolen entries, technical malfunctions, or other errors that may occur in the administration of the giveaway.
